Basic Search
Simple search form for conducting parcel searches.
Advanced Search
Complex search form for conducting parcel searches based on sales, land, tax districts and property type.

Results

Seach Result
The Search Result tab will display the most recent search from the Basic, Advanced, or Map search.
Parcel Result
The Parcel Result tab will display all associated information for a selected parcel. If available, a property photo, TRIM notice and Property Record Card will be found here.

Map

The Osceola Parcel map can present a parcel result from a form search or used to conduct a search by using the map bar tools.
Map Toolbar

Full Extent This control will zoom the map to the full extent.
Zoom In A click and drag tool to zoom in on the map.
Zoom Out A click and drag tool to zoom out on the map.
Pan A control that will let the user pan the map.
Previous Zoom to the the previous map extent if available.
Next Zoom to the next map extent if available
Select Select one or multiple parcels on the map. The results will be shown in the "Search Results" tab.

Extent Select one or multiple parcels within an extent.
Polyline Select one or multiple parcels that intersect the polyline. Double-click to end the polyline.

Identify Click on the map to identify a parcel along with the parcel information.
Measure Measure distances or areas within the map.

Polyline Measure a distance. Double-click to end the polyline.
Polygon Measure an area along with the perimeter of the area. Double-click to close the polygon.

Layers A toggle list of the current visible layers on the map.
Legend A legend of the current layers on the map based on layer visibility.
Print Print the current map view.
Expand Expand the map to a 'full screen' view.
